I knew looking for a home in this tough market would not be easy. With being on a budget, I knew I would have to act fast if I were to see something that I liked. I received daily emails from Egan Real Estate fitting my criteria. If there was something I wanted to go see in person, either Pat or Kelly would set up the walkthrough. Most of the times, the walkthrough was that same day.Pat and Kelly would meet me on weekends and even nights just to check out a place I may be interested in. They were also looking out for me. They were not so much after the commission of the deal, they were more worried about finding the right fit for me. I would ask their opinions on the places we would see and they would not hold back. There were even some homes that pat told me once we went through them that he did not want me to put an offer on it because it would not be worth it.
Both Pat and Kelly were there every step of the way me being a first time buyer. Every question I had, they would either answer or find the answer in a reasonable amount of time.
I have already recommended Egan Real Estate to multiple family and friends and I will continue to do so.
